Clinical Pilates is excellent for postural pain, chronic pain and recovery after injury or surgery.
It is used for rehabilitation purposes, to enable clients to progress into the pilates studio.
Experienced Physiotherapists assess clients and or reassess clients to ensure complicated
movement patterns and dysfunction are improving. They work closely with the instructors,
therapists, manual physiotherapists/chiropractors/osteopaths to promote health in our clients.
